Chief Financial Officer
 

Responsible for the overall financial operations of the company. Candidate will report to the President and provide financial planning, accounting practices as well as the company's relationship with lending institutions, shareholders, and the financial community. Responsible for providing leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company.

Minimum of Bachelor's degree in specialized field of accounting or finance, business administration, etc. Minimum of 10 years experience in finance including at least five years as the manager of finance functions or CFO. CPA, CMA or MBA in FInance is preferred.
