Lab Technician (Various)
 
Department: Quality Control

Location: Syracuse/East Syracuse

Job Description: Perform testing on either production and finished product samples or raw and heat-treated dairy ingredients to determine compliance to FDA and NYS regulations and Byrne Dairy standards.

Job Responsibilities: Determine testing results and report compliance. Inspect and verify sanitary condition of various company equipment. Report and record test results as required.

Minimum Requirements: GED or High School Diploma.

Preferred Requirements: Associates degree in dairy/food science. 1 year of direct or related experience.
