Vice President of Food Services
 
An exciting opportunity for growing c-store organization.

This is a critical leadership position that is reponsible for the development and introduction of new food service products. Aggressively plan, organize and lead the sales and marketing efforts for the food service department in all Byrne Dairy retail stores. The Vice President analyzes market and competitive conditions to determine customer needs, sales volume potential, pricing and action necessary to meet company goals.

Also, this position is reponsible for:

* Driving retail sales through all means available and in the marketing mix including new store openings, direct mail programs, and regional advertising, etc.
* Gross Margin planning and budgeting.
* Profit and Loss for all stores.
* This year/last year sales growth and this year/last year gross profit.
* Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions.
* Establish and implement short and long range goals.

The ideal candidate will possess:

* Graduate or undergraduate degree.
* Experience in successful food service operations, preferably in a c-store setting.
* Strong management experience and ability to build teams.
* Experience in strategic planning; marketing, advertising, sales.
